What Is Included in a Typical AC Tune Up Service?
A typical AC tune-up includes a 36-point inspection with cleaning, testing, and calibration. Technicians inspect condenser and evaporator coils, clean coils, verify refrigerant pressures, and calibrate the thermostat. They test the blower motor and condenser fan motor, tighten electrical connections, and check electrical components. They look for refrigerant leaks and provide written findings and recommendations. In Tucson, we also offer priority scheduling for tune-ups and same-day repair options if issues are found. Fine Tooth Comb Club members receive two system checks per year.
