What Is Included in a Typical HVAC Tune-Up Service?
A typical HVAC tune-up includes a full system inspection and adjustments. For AC, our technicians perform a 36-point inspection covering condenser and evaporator coils, blower motor, condenser fan motor, electrical components, and thermostat calibration. For heating, certified techs inspect the heat exchanger (gas), blower motor, ignition system, fan blades, reversing valve (heat pump), and exterior, then clean/replace filters, tighten electrical connections, check thermostat settings, look for refrigerant leaks, and clean the system. Ductless units get filter service, outdoor unit cleaning, and indoor unit checks.
