What Is Preventive Maintenance for HVAC Systems and Why Is It Important?
Preventive HVAC maintenance is planned care that includes inspections, cleaning, and adjustments for your AC, heater, and mini-split. Our techs perform a 36-point AC inspection, verify refrigerant pressures, calibrate thermostats, tighten electrical connections, and clean/replace filters. For heaters, we inspect heat exchangers, ignition, and check for gas or CO issues. It matters because it reduces emergency calls, improves indoor air quality, and helps systems reach their full expected lifespan. Schedule at least once per year; our Fine Tooth Comb Club delivers two system checks yearly in Tucson.
